My Ventures

Alongside my consultancy and leadership work, I develop and lead a number of independent ventures and initiatives. These projects reflect an entrepreneurial mindset, a commitment to testing ideas in the real world, and a belief that culture is strengthened through experimentation, collaboration and action.

While some ventures are commercial in nature, they also provide opportunities to share skills, knowledge and lived experience with others across the sector. Each project is a space for learning, making and impact, bringing together creativity, strategy and delivery in new and often unexpected ways.
