I provide creative leadership from the earliest stages of idea generation through to production and delivery. I play an active role in shaping conversations across the cultural sector, supporting leaders, practitioners and organisations to think differently about leadership, creativity and audiences. My work in this area is grounded in experience, reflection and practical insights.
